What is the shipping policy
Who is responsible for customs fees?

Customs fees will be charged upon the package reaching the destination country.

You, as the customer, are liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in; payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs.

The grand total of your order as displayed on the checkout page does not include any additional duties required. The carrier, prior to delivery, will inform you of any additional duties if required.

www.lktsports.com has no control over customs and import tax and we can't tell you exactly how much you will be charged as customs and import tax vary widely depending on the country you are situated in.

The threshold for bringing goods into Canada, for example, is around $20 CAD. If your order is more than this amount, you are likely to be charged customs and import fees.

Refusing to Pay Customs

If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned to us, a shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

If you're still unsure whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we'd recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Delivery times?

Order before 11p.m. Monday to Friday for same-day dispatch. Orders made after this time will be processed the next working day.

Transit times range from:

1–5 in the United Kingdom (UK),

7–14 days to USA, Europe, Canada and Australia

7–25 days to the rest of the world.

Several of our products are crafted specifically for you upon placing an order, which may result in a slightly longer delivery time. Opting for on-demand production, rather than bulk manufacturing, contributes to minimising overproduction, and we genuinely appreciate your mindful purchasing choices! You'll find information about products created or printed on demand clearly stated in their respective descriptions.

Tracking numbers for all orders are emailed to the customer when available.

If you would like to cancel an order, it must be requested as soon as possible. Once orders have gone through the processing stage, we will not be able to cancel orders. If you require any more information on our shipping policy, please don't hesitate to contact us by email at email@lktsport.com
There's something wrong with my order!

We may have removed the item due to it being out of stock, so please check your emails, as we will have notified you. Your items may have been sent in separate parcels; this is due to our infrastructure and how we house items in different warehouses around the world to achieve the best deals possible. If you haven't received an email notification about any changes to your order but you're still missing an item, please contact us immediately with the following information:

Order NumberMissing Item(s) Our support team will look into the matter and resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible. All missing item claims must be made within 7 days of the delivery date of your order.
Can I change my delivery address?

Once you have placed your order through the website, for your own security, we are unable to change the address of your delivery if more than 12 hours have passed since order placement. If there is a failed delivery, the courier will either 1. leave a calling card so you can rearrange delivery directly with them, or 2. Deliver the package back to us, where we will then contact you to arrange re-delivery.
What if I am not home for my delivery?

If you are not at home when your parcel is due to be delivered, it may be left in a safe place, which will usually be advised on a delivery note posted through your door by the courier.

If there is no suitable place for the delivery, the courier will leave a card instructing you on how to rearrange the delivery for your parcel. If your parcel hasn’t arrived and there is no card posted through the door with instructions on it, please contact the courier with your tracking number to rearrange delivery.
My order is marked as delivered, but I haven't received it.

If your tracking indicates your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with any surrounding neighbours for anyone who may have accepted the parcel on your behalf.

If you had your order delivered to a workplace, please check with all employees who may have accepted the parcel. We know how tempting a fresh package might be.

Couriers may update the tracking as delivered prior to delivery, so please allow up to 24 hours before assuming the parcel is lost. If, after this period, you're still unable to locate your order, get in touch with the support team, and where possible, we'll open an investigation with the courier and do our best to help out.

Note: All lost parcel claims must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
Where is my order?

A standard and an express delivery service are available for most countries, both with full tracking information. If standard delivery is not an option for your location, only the express option will be available for you. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been dispatched, containing all of your tracking information.  A signature may be required for delivery, so please ensure someone is present at the delivery address to accept the delivery. Deliveries will not be made on public holiday dates, so please expect your delivery the next business day.

If you have not received your order by the advertised time, please get in touch with our support team.

We ship to most countries in about 2–3 weeks; however, holidays may delay this process.

Send an email or message to our customer experience team at email@lktsports.com and they'll be able to locate your order. They'll simply need the full name and delivery address used to place the order.
